Simulations of the COVID-19 Epidemic in Nigeria Using SIR Model

This study aims to review some applications of SIR model in COVID-19 epidemic situations, and tries simulate the predictions a specific country using R coding. article picks Nigeria as example, applying data from 28 February 31 May simulating infected cases with Coronavirus. Based on literature about usage this epidemic, current trend is focusing optimization parameters algorithm.
